Beef Masala :

Cooking Method:( 500 gm Beef)

1.Marinate the Beef:

•Mix the beef with 1 tablespoon of Orgo Beef Masala, a pinch of salt, and set it aside for 15-30 minutes.

2.Prepare the Base:

•Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker or heavy-bottomed pan.

•Add curry leaves and sliced onions; sauté until golden brown.

•Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté until the raw smell disappears.

•Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and oil starts to separate.

3.Add Spices:

•Add the remaining Orgo Beef Masala and mix well. Fry the masala briefly on low heat to enhance its flavor.

4.Cook the Beef:

•Add the marinated beef to the pan, stirring to coat it in the masala.

•Add water, mix well, and adjust salt as needed.

•Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles (or until the beef is tender). If using a pot, simmer on low heat until the meat is soft.

5.Finishing Touches:

•If desired, stir in coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.

•Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serve .
