Here’s a simple and authentic way to prepare Chicken 65 u
Cooking Method:( Chicken 500gm)
1.Marinate the Chicken:
•In a large bowl, mix chicken pieces with Orgo Chicken 65 Masala, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, cornflour, rice flour, egg (if using), lemon juice, and salt.
•Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
•Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for better flavor).
2.Heat the Oil:
•Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok on medium heat.
3.Fry the Chicken:
•Once the oil is hot, gently drop the marinated chicken pieces into the oil in small batches.
•Fry until the chicken turns golden brown and crispy.
•Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
4.Optional Tempering:
•In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add curry leaves and slit green chilies. Sauté until crispy.
•Toss the fried chicken in this tempering for added flavor.
5.Garnish and Serve:
•Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala if desired and serve hot.
