Here’s an easy recipe for making Chicken Chilly

Cooking Method: ( Chicken 500gm)

1. Marinate the Chicken:

1.In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, Orgo Chicken Chilly Masala, cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and egg (if using).

2.Add a little water to form a thick coating on the chicken.

3.Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Fry the Chicken:

1.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

2.Fry the marinated chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy.

3.Remove and set aside on a paper towel.

3. Prepare the Sauce:

1.In a wok or large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.

2.Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

3.Add diced onions and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes to keep them crunchy.

4.Stir in soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and Orgo Chicken Chilly Masala. Mix well.

4. Combine and Finish:

1.Add the fried chicken pieces to the wok and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.

2.Pour in the cornflour slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce.

3.Taste and adjust salt if needed.

5. Garnish and Serve:

1.Garnish with chopped spring onions.

2.Serve hot as an appetizer or with fried rice or noodles.
